BREAST LIFT AND REDUCTION
Breast lift surgery has helped thousands of people, making it one of the most popular cosmetic procedures. Breast lift surgery requires an individual approach particularly concerning the desired size after the surgery.
The breast is lifted by removing part of the skin from under the breast. The nipple is normally reduced and placed higher on the breast. This leaves a circular scar around the nipple area with a line down to the breast crease and a line across the breast crease. In time, these scars will lighten and become less noticeable. There are several different methods. The surgeon will discuss them with you to help you choose the best option.
BREAST LIFT WITH IMPLANTS
After a lift, the size and shape of the breasts, can be enhanced by inserting breast implants. If you would like implants the surgeon does prefer that you have a pre-operative mammogram, which is included in the price package.
Large breasts that sag can make you feel unhappy about your appearance giving you lack of self-esteem as well as some troublesome health problems like backache.

A beast reduction can give you a more youthful shape and eliminate any pain or discomfort. If sagging is the main problem even with smaller breasts a breast lift can make a big difference and if you are unhappy with the size of your breasts this type of surgery combined with implants can make a tremendous difference. If you are unhappy with the shape or appearance of your nipples or your breasts are uneven in size these problems can be addressed by the surgeon
BREAST REDUCTION FOR MEN
For men who are embarrassed about excessive breast tissue there is an easy and straightforward procedure, to correct this, which uses the lipo-sculpture technique.
Up until quite recent times, breast reduction for a man consisted of making an incision and cutting the unwanted breast tissue away. Today, with the advancement of surgical techniques and the introduction of specifically designed lipoplasty equipment, the surgeon is able to break up and draw off all or most of the excess breast tissue through a fine cannula. However sometimes where breast tissue is more well defined and tougher, especially under the nipple area, it may need to be removed through a small incision which is made discretely at the nipple margin
